Atacama Consulting participated in the preparation of an Oil Spill Contingency Plan for the development of the drilling phase of the Tilenga Project in Uganda. The activities included review and update of the existing studies and plans, conducted site surveys, stakeholder engagements, and preparation of a comprehensive report covering the six priority well pads. Additionally, the team developed the procedures for environmental monitoring, waste management, and oiled wildlife preparedness and response.
